Shrimp & Crab Grapefruit Salad
Keeping it simple and light for dinner tonight and starting my Pink Plates theme. Shrimp & Crab with pink grapefruit Kale Salad. Cut one pink or red grapefruit into pieces. Boil fresh shrimp, mix in crab meat and season with vinegar and lemon pepper. Using fresh organic kale, drizzle olive oil and salt and let sit until leaves softens a bit. Then add all the toppings and serve! No other dressing needed.
