Baked Lemon Caper Salmon with Roasted Veggies



Dinner is Oven Baked Lemon Caper Salmon and Roasted Asparagus with Mushrooms.


Preheat oven to 400. Place salmon skin side down in foil, rub olive oil first on skin side. Sprinkled salt, black pepper, capers, rosemary and place thinly sliced lemon on salmon. Fold foil tightly and bake for approx 20 min.

Clean and trim asparagus, cut mushroom slices and thinly slice whole garlic cloves. Place everything in baking pan, drizzle with olive oil and salt. Place in oven for 15 min.
