My Japanese inspired dinner tonight is Cucumber Wrapped Sushi with Mashed Okinawan Yams.
Sushi: Using sashimi grade salmon and cooked shrimp bought from store, I wrapped them in thinly sliced (with peeler) Persian cucumber. Add avocado as desired.
Mash: Peel and cut yams in pieces, boil in water until soft. Mash with light coconut milk until texture is smooth.
Eat Clean, Train Mean & Supplement in Between!
