Salmon Wrapped Asparagus with Egg Omelete & Black Beans



Ultimate breakfast stack! Salmon wrapped asparagus with egg omelet on top a bed of basil seasoned black beans.

Had to work with left over ingredients this morning before they go bad! Sometimes doing so is when you’re the most creative :)

Preheat oven to 375, wrap salmon strips around asparagus and place on olive oil greased baking pan. Sprinkle lemon pepper and bake for 10 min.

Whisk 2-3 eggs to make egg omelette on frying pan, flipping only once. Season with salt.
Heat cooked black beans in pot and add basil seasoning. When plating , make sure to drain well.
