Grilled Chicken with Roasted Green Beans. Light and simple….summers right around the corner! But I wouldn’t eat this, with the garlic and onions, if you have a date! ;)
Place string beans and onion rings in pan and season with black pepper and olive oil, and cook for 20-25 min in 350 degree oven.
Heat pan on stove up, toss in chopped garlic, then place lemon pepper seasoned chicken breast in pan. Heat on high then medium, brown on one side , then flip over. Squeeze fresh lemon juice half way through.
5 oz chicken breast (I made 3 pieces, two for the beau)
8 oz green beans
