Baked egg avocado with a small drizzle of sriracha and for me, instead of the traditional sweet oats, I put together a quick savory bowl of organic rolled oats topped with an egg, a small scoop of avocados (taken from his baked avocado) with a drizzle of sriracha! Put together a plate of cucumber slices topped with tuna mixed with hummus (no mayo!) with sprinkles of nanami togarashi (Japanese mixed chili pepper). Happy Mardi Gras!
