My version of the Margherita Pizza. Spinach leaves, tomatoes with Tomato & basil hummus on whole wheat lavash flatbread. Super easy and quick!
Preheat oven to 475. Take lavash flatbread, spread hummus and a layer of grated parmesan cheese. Bake on baking sheet for 4-5 min. Take it out and top with fresh spinach leaves & tomatoes. I also made one with ground chicken. Bake for another 5 min, take it out and add more grated parmesan cheese and enjoy!
