Asian inspired Baked Salmon Steak with Roasted Asparagus for dinner. Bought these salmon steaks for less than $4 a piece! This one was the beau’s, my plate was much smaller :)
Preheat oven at 350 degrees. Dice ginger, chop scallions and garlic, mixed in citrus ponzu sauce, wrapped in foil and bake for 20-25 minutes (depending on your oven). Clean and trimmed asparagus, place in foil, season with salt and pepper and roast for 15-20 minutes. Squeeze fresh lemon juice on both asparagus and salmon.

2 tsp ginger
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp scallion
