Fruity Yo-Plate



After splurging a little for Mother’s Day yesterday, this is all my stomach could handle this morning! My pre-workout Fruity Yo-Plate.

Ingredients:
1/2 Medium green apple
1 Medium banana
1 Large strawberry
1 tbsp of Greek Honey Yogurt
Dash of cinnamon
Sprinkle of chia seeds
I use myfitnesspal to track my macros.

Eat Clean, Train Mean & Supplement in Between!!!
