Another Asian inspired salad. Grilled Tofu Steaks & Curry Garbanzo Beans with Spinach Leaves and Quinoa. Soft foods for easier chewing for tonight. Somehow chewing on the other side of the mouth just isn’t as enjoyable or appetizing and it’s seems a lot more work. Guess I should exercise my right jaw a little more. (Keep your minds out of the dirt, guys!)


Ingredients:
1 oz fresh spinach leaves
1/4 cup of garbanzo beans
2 oz of tofu steaks (firm)
2 oz of cooked quinoa
