This is how I start my saturday morning! Furikake Kale Fried Brown Rice. Cleaning out the fridge since I haven’t been able to go grocery shopping the past few days and this is what I came up with. If you haven’t noticed yet, I love eggs and I never miss breakfast! :)
Heat skillet on medium, toss in garlic and scallions first. Don’t brown them! Then throw in two scramble eggs, once it’s half way done, toss in the fresh kale leaves. After the leaves wilts a bit, then ad the cooked brown rice. Add furikake seasoning and mix well.
Make two sunnyside up eggs and seasoning with more furikake seasoning.
