Turkey Bacon Cups with Kale Chips



Turkey Bacon Cups with Kale Chips for breakfast! Who wants some???
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray olive oil in cupcake pan. Using unsecured turkey bacon and wrap in individual cup. Bake bacon for couple minutes them take it out. Add 1 egg per cup. Separate yolk and whites first if you want to. I added the yolk first them pour whites in. Bake for 15 minutes.

Using fresh kale leaves and discarding the stems, drizzle olive oil and sprinkle cumin on leaves. Bake along side the bacon cups during the last 5 minutes of baking the cups, until its nice and crisp.
