Another Asian inspired salad. Grilled Tofu Steaks & Curry Garbanzo Beans with Spinach Leaves and Quinoa. Soft foods for easier chewing for tonight. Somehow chewing on the other side of the mouth just isn’t as enjoyable or appetizing and it’s seems a lot more work. Guess I should exercise my right jaw a little more. (Keep your minds out of the dirt, guys!)

I see a lot of people "meal prepping" for an entire week and I sometimes have to ask....is it really necessary? I enjoy eating foods that are cooked fresh so preparing all my meals a week in advance just doesn't sound appetizing to me. It's true that healthy foods doesn't always look good and it's not convenient for the average working person to cook every day but I think there has to be some kind of compromise to being able to enjoy fresh foods even when you want to eat healthy.
6:30 AM
Egg & Arugula Breakfast Wrap. Still keeping breakfast simple and quick mostly due to being sick. Continue using my whole wheat lavash flatbread, which is a lot easier to wrap than tortillas. Adding slices of avocado for a bit of healthy fats.
